Right for women in ancestral property in Tamil Nadu pls do answers as soon as possible?

Sir we are 3 children to our father one sister.... me and my elder brother.... Details : the property is in our Grand Father's name he died in 1966... and he did not make any will on the property which is an agricultural land of 10 acres... our grand father had a son and a daughter ... the son is our father, where my father and aunt are no more but my aunt's husband ie my uncle is alive... they both passed away in 2000 ... and my father or aunt didnot not make any will regarding the property... in this condition we both brothers are only looking and cultivating in this land... where our sister got married in the year 1978... and our mother is with us... in this conditions what is the right for every individual in the property...
