Are these characters good or bad?

Its ok I'd probs read it, the mum needs a new job not chocolate business, also the plot is about her being in debt but her mum owns a business and has a mansion? Not much sense there. How does the brother affect anything? Where does Lola fit in? don't take these comments in a bad way please I'm just giving my opinion and hey who listens to me...no-one ha ha :D
