Are those reptilians all evil?

In my ancestor's belief system Quetzalcoatl was indeed a serpent but not exactly a feathered serpent. It was a serpent and the plumage around his head was actually him bursting forth from his old skin symbolizing the birth of something new from something old. You see, many people who aren't directly familiar with this system of beliefs and only learn about it at the University level fail to see the neutral nature of a god such as he. Just because they were vicious does not mean they were necessarily evil. The philosophical view that destruction is a means to creation does not suggest evil or anything of that sort. The reptiles are not evil.
