My friends treat me like crap sometimes...it makes me feel really bad?

i was in like, the EXACT situation as you with my friend stefani. we only just made up today. she would talk smack behind my back, ignore me, be so mean to my face, and lied to me. i feel like such an idiot, because even though i know i did nothing, i still have to apologize first, because she's too stuck up to do it herself. i guess what you have to do is tell them how you feel. point out everything they do that bothers you, but in a soft, nice way.
