Dog constantly nuzzling at my hand and wrist- is she just attention seeking or is there a problem?

Whenever I'm on the computer, my dog Amberdextrous keeps nuzzling my hand off the mouse and keyboard with her nose, never letting me rest my hand on the mouse or even on the desk without nuzzling it off. Then she'll sit there and stare straight at me expectantly. What does she want? She gets a lot of fuss from the people in this house. I give her fuss when she does it- not praising her, just rubbing her- and then she does it again and again, I just don't know how to satisfy her without encouraging her. It's quite cute, but I cannot count how many times my WoW character has died because she knocks my hands off. Help?
